Spring Dessert Recipes

Some bunny is back with more Easter and Spring time recipes….and that some bunny is me!  Ha.  I am corny.  Sorry.  But just in case you don’t have enough sugar, candy and all things sweet on Easter, I compiled a round up of some of my Easter desserts for you!  Any of these recipes would be perfect for any Easter celebration or family get-together!

Here we go y’all!  Just click on the link (the recipe title) to check out the recipe….I think we should start off with cake!  Because cake is always a good idea!

My Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting is a family favorite and definitely won’t disappoint!  This cake would be the perfect dessert to serve after  Easter dinner!

And simply decorate the carrot cake with some chopped pecans!

Need an easy, no-bake recipe that you can whip up in a flash??  Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats are the perfect quick dessert!  Loved by kids and adults!

Vanilla Shortbread Cookies are buttery with a rich vanilla flavor!  Great for putting out on a cookie plate when company comes over!

Chocolate Chip Cadbury Mini Egg Cookie Bars are easy to make and are always a crowd pleaser!

Make my Better Than Box Mix Brownies and then top the brownies with some frosting and crushed up Robin Eggs!  So much fun!!

Rainbow Bright Sprinkle Sugar Cookies are not only yummy, but they also look amazing!  All those colors!!

Powdered Sugar Cannoli Chip Marshmallow Bars…with tons of sprinkles!  These will disappear FAST! 😉

Tons of sprinkles make these Cannoli Chip Marshmallow Bars so fun!

And last, but not least…Cinnamon Sugar Blondie Bars!  Easy to make (with ingredients you probably already have on hand) and this recipe makes a ton!!

Whew!!  All that yumminess has me craving something sweet!  What are you doing for Easter??  Are you making anything??  If you make any of these recipes, come back and let me know what you thought!

XOXO,

Kelly

This posts reads like a hit list of some of my favorite treats! I literally ate like 8 rainbow sugar cookies as soon as you dropped them off at the station…. You also can’t make the house smell any better than when you make the cinnamon and sugar bars. And I recommend to everyone any of the marshmallow desserts mentioned here… Kelly knows they are always a favorite of mine!!! 😃
