Since Memorial Day marks the unofficial start to summer, this week is a collection of some yummy summertime treats! First up is a Blueberry Shrub, courtesy of Allison, over at the Pintertest Kitchen. Have you ever had drinking vinegar, AKA a shrub before? I have not, but I like the occasional shot of balsamic vinegar, so I think this is right up my alley!
And how tasty does Cooking Mimi’s Creamy Jalapeño Bacon Potato Salad look? It has all of my favorite things – Pickled jalapeños, bacon, and potatoes!
You’ve always gotta have dessert. Ice cream topped with this amazing Butterscotch Sauce from Baking Sense is a perfect summer treat!
