Make yourself a quick and easy, healthy, protein packed pizza in just minutes! The dough is made using Greek yogurt and all-purpose flour. Just add your choice of toppings and bake.
Make sure to use actual Greek yogurt. You want the thick kind. I used plain, non-fat, Fage Greek yogurt, but you can use any fat content you prefer.

I kept my pizza simple and just used non-fat mozzarella cheese. Canadian bacon is a healthy swap for pepperonis and load your pizza up with your favorite veggies.
This makes a small sized pizza. Use this recipe to have everyone in the family make their own pizza so they can add their favorite toppings.
Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough
Print RecipeIngredients
- PIZZA DOUGH:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used 0% fat Fage brand)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2-4 teaspoons water (will vary on the consistency of your dough)
- TOPPINGS:
- You can use any sauce or toppings you like, but these are what I used on my pizza:
- 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 3 tablespoons fat free Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400-degrees.
I’m a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, flour, salt, and baking powder and mix with a spoon until the dough resembles crumbles. Then, use your hands to knead the dough for 1-minute. Add water a teaspoon at a time until you reach the consistency of dough that is not dry and crumbly, but not sticky. If dough is sticky, add flour a teaspoon at a time.
On a piece of parchment paper, sprinkled with flour, place the dough ball on the paper and roll out to your desired thickness. If you like a crisper crust, then roll the dough out thinner. The thickness of your crust will not change during baking since there is no yeast in this.
Once you have your dough rolled out, transfer to a flat cooking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprayed with baking spray. Add your sauce, cheese and desired toppings.
Bake in 400-degree oven until the crust is golden brown, or to your desired doneness. Approximately 10-15 minutes depending on how thick/thin your crust is.
Once baked, remove from oven and let set for several minutes before cutting into slices.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
