Nutella Peanut Butter Crunch Candy

This easy candy recipe requires only 4 ingredients (chocolate hazlenut spread, peanut butter, vanilla candy coating or almond bark and rice crispy cereal). Takes less than 5-minutes to make in the microwave and no candy thermometer is needed!Candy is poured into a 9x-13-inch pan and makes a ton (depending on how big or small you cut your candy pieces). This Nutella PB crunch is rich and creamy and oh so delicious!

Nutella Peanut Butter Crunch Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 (20-ounce) package vanilla almond bark or vanilla candy coating like CandiQuik
  • 1 cup hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rice crispy cereal

Instructions

Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil and spray the bottom and sides with baking spray. In a large microwave safe bowl, add the almond bark and melt in the microwave, stopping every 15-seconds to stir. Once the almond bark has melted completely (approximately 60-90 seconds), remove from the microwave and stir in the hazelnut spread, peanut butte, salt and rice crispy cereal.

Stir until the ingredients are completely incorporated and then pour into the prepared pan. Option to add sprinkles. Let the candy set in the pan completely before cutting into desired squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a softer texture or in the refrigerator for a firmer texture. Lasts several days.
