This easy to make fudge only requires four ingredients, is no bake and made in just minutes in the microwave! These creamy, orange fudge bites taste like a creamsicle or 50/50 bar!
You can use whatever brand orange marmalade you like. My friend (owner of The Canning Chicks) had made some using oranges from one of my trees and gave me a can of it! There were pieces of candied orange rind in the marmalade too! Just make sure whatever orange marmalade or jelly you are using, it is thick.

Orange Creamsicle Fudge
Print RecipeIngredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (I used Rodelle gourmet vanilla)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2-2/3 cup thick orange marmalade or jam
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
Line a 9x9-inch pan with foil or parchment paper and spray the bottom with baking spray. Set aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl, add the three cups of white chocolate chips and the entire can of sweetened condensed milk.
Place in the microwave and cook, stopping every 30-seconds to stir the mixture thoroughly. Each time you stop to stir, really thoroughly stir the mixture. Cook only for as long as it takes for the white chocolate chips to melt.
Once melted, remove from the microwave and add the salt, vanilla extract and fold in the orange marmalade. Stir until combined and pour into prepared baking dish. Top with sprinkles if you want. Let the fudge set on the counter for several hours, then refrigerate and cut into desired sized squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or at room temperature. Storing in the fridge will keep them firmer. If you do not have a microwave, you can make this on the stovetop using the double boiler method.
