Strawberry flavored cupcakes topped with easy, no-churn graham cracker cheesecake ice cream. Â So instead of frosting, we are stopping these cupcakes off with ICE CREAM!! Â Best idea ever right?! Â Well I might have just written a whole book book centered around ice cream cakes and today I am sharing with you, one of the recipes from my book: The Ultimate Ice Cream Cake Book.
