Lake Tahoe is one of my most favorite places in the world. It is an amazing place to visit any time of year. I have posted several travel guides over the years, and recently contributed to an article Redfin posted about Lake Tahoe.

For an amazing, higher end dining experience, dinner at The Lake House will not disappoint. Amazing service and the filet mignon is not to be missed! Just make sure to make reservations as this is a smaller, cozy restaurant.
Ernie’s Coffee Shop for breakfast will keep you fueled for the day! Huge portions, yummy food and great service. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had!
Now to work off that food. There are SO many places to hike in Lake Tahoe. Choose the hike that best suits your abilities, but whatever you choose, a gorgeous view is almost a guarantee. Cascade Falls is a great choice for adults and kids.
If you enjoy craft beers and cocktails, McP’s Taphouse at Stateline is a fun place to grab a drink, sit out on the patio, and people watch. They have live music too!
Magic Fusion at The Loft is a fun night out, full of laughs. The comedy/magic shows will have your cheeks hurting from laughing. Check their schedule online to book your tickets. Shows, dinners and drinks available at the venue. One of my favorite things to do in Tahoe. Bonus, the venue is conveniently located in Heavenly Village with all the great shopping, restaurants and miniature golf!
Isn’t it easy to see why Lake Tahoe is one of my favorite getaways? I try to go at least once a year!
