GUESS WHAT?! I Wrote a Cookbook!

You guys….I am SO EXCITED!  I wrote a cookbook!!  And not just any cookbook, but a cookbook all about making the Ultimate Ice Cream Cakes!  After months and months of hard work, and recipe development, my book is finally a reality and I can’t wait to share it with y’all!

I had so much fun creating the recipes for this cookbook, which range from the over-the-top desserts I am known for to classic ice cream cake recipes.  I tried to include recipes in the book that everyone would love!  Because who doesn’t love cake and ice cream…especially when it’s all together in one cake?!?!

But besides just a book full of recipes, I also included fun stories that inspired a lot of the recipes that I created for the book. Growing up, no birthday was complete in our family without an ice cream cake.  So writing this book definitely brought back fond memories of my childhood.

When I started this blog, my ultimate goal was to write my own cookbook, and I am so proud of this cookbook.  It still feels surreal to say I am a published author and to have cookbook with my name as the author on it!!
