Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Confetti Fudge

Easy, five ingredient fudge that you can make in mere minutes!  Chocolate and peanut butter are the BEST combo ever and this fudge is made using milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, sweetened condensed milk, a splash of vanilla extract and sprinkles!

I was provided with the Sprinkle Pop Sprinkles used in this post.  Recipe, pictures and opinions are mine.

I love easy fudge, and this fudge is made in the microwave.  Shhhhhh….this can be our secret.  I love a good, old-fashion made fudge, but sometimes you want fudge and you want it NOW!  So here ya go!  Sweet and creamy and full of milk chocolate and peanut butter flavor, made in the microwave.  But the real star of this fudge is the Sprinkle Pop sprinkles.

I used the Green Tea Sprinkle Mix in my fudge.  Soooooooo PRETTY!!!  I love the mix of sugar crystals, sprinkles and dragees that the Sprinkle Pop Sprinkles have, and the sprinkles add a much needed crunch to the fudge.  The other sprinkles Sprinkle Pop sent me was their Fahoo Fores Sprinkle Mix…a “grinchy” Christmas sprinkle blend.

The hardest part about this recipe is waiting for the fudge to set in the refrigerator before digging into it!

Serves: 1-minute Cooking Time: 15

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3-4 tablespoons Sprinkle Pop Sprinkles

Instructions

1

Line a baking dish with foil and spray bottom and sides with baking spray. I used an 8 x 11.5-inch baking pan, but you can use any size pan you want, depending on the thickness you want your fudge. Set prepared pan aside.

2

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and entire can of sweetened condensed milk. Microwave the ingredients for approximately one minute, stopping every 10-seconds to stir the mixture. Only microwave the ingredients until the chocolate chips have melted.

3

Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the vanilla extract. Dump fudge out into prepared pan and smooth until fudge is level. Immediately sprinkle the sprinkles over the top of the fudge and gently push the sprinkles into the fudge. Let fudge set and cool. Cover and store fudge in the refrigerator.

Make sure you check out the Sprinkle Pop Shop to see all the varieties of sprinkles they sell.  I want them ALL!!!  Because sprinkles are fun…and they make me happy…and they make people smile 🙂
