Fresh foods will have a guaranteed sell-by date, which you might not notice on cans or frozen foods. When food is frozen, it could pass its sell-by date and you not notice. Hence, you can become ill. Instead of wasting money on canned food that isn’t full of health benefits, you can spend your money more wisely and enjoy money savings as well as better health. Health is wealth and if that means taking your time sourcing and prepping fresher ingredients, then so be it. Using fresh ingredients in your meals can help your food taste better, be better for your health, and help a person avoid getting ill.
